What is DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025?

DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 is the worldwide standard for laboratory accreditation in the field of testing and calibration. It specifies general requirements for the competence, impartiality and uniform working methods of laboratories and is applicable to all organizations that carry out laboratory activities. It was developed with the aim of promoting confidence in the work of laboratories.

Why did we get accredited?

On the one hand, our customers are well-known testing and calibration laboratories worldwide. On the other hand, we are of the opinion that the comemso Group, as a manufacturer of measurement and test systems, should be able to draw on its own in-house expertise in measurement accuracy. This puts us in a position to further expand our leading market position and not only supply our customers with outstanding products, but also combine them with services that create trust.

What else is special?

Especially with regard to electromobility, we are one of the few companies in Germany that cannot only calibrate for DC charging processes up to 1000V, but also for 500 A. This also covers charging processes for high-power charging. Combined for the application “Eichrecht” we are also strengthening Germany as a business location.
