From a customer decision: EVCA Multi Mobile, EVCA Flex with IEC 61851-23 and EVCA MCS. Usability, demonstrated test depth and confidence in the partner were decisive.

Available functions and test scope depend on the hardware, software release and agreed configuration. Together, we define a demonstration for your test task.

For commissioning, maintenance and service

Does your charging station charge? Good. Now test it.

A successful charging session alone does not show how a station responds to faults. Test specific functions and keep a record of the results.

Frequently asked questions

Find the right starting point for your test.

Should I start with an application or a product?

Start with an application when you need to define the test scope. Compare products when the DUT, charging role and required interfaces are already clear.

Explore testing applications · Compare product families

Which system tests charging communication?

EVCA ComOnly tests EVCC or SECC controllers against a simulated communication partner. Other EVCA configurations add real-pair analysis, mobile testing or the electrical scope needed for a complete system test.

Explore EVCA ComOnly · Review the EVCA platform

How does a Battery Cell Simulator support BMS testing?

It supplies controlled cell voltages and sensor signals to a real BMS. Engineers can repeat nominal, boundary and configured fault conditions and check the controller response.

Can I integrate a system into our laboratory automation?

Supported interfaces depend on the product, software release and configuration. Define the required commands, measurements, test results and equipment ownership before selecting the integration scope.

Review integration and APIs

Can I test MCS or EVCC/SECC controllers?

Start with MCS testing for megawatt charging or EVCA ComOnly for controller communication. The required interfaces, protocol editions and electrical scope determine the system configuration.
