Send the request
Provide company contact details, product identification, quantity, size, weight and the intended return.
Receive the assignment
After review, the request is registered and receives an assignment ID together with the applicable receiving address and handling details.
Prepare the equipment
Delete personal data, secure the equipment for transport and attach the provided addressing information visibly to the shipment.
Arrange transport
Use a suitable parcel service or freight carrier. The customer bears transport cost to comemso or the named recycling partner.
Transport to the assigned receiver
Packaging, carrier selection and shipping costs are borne by the returning customer.
Treatment, recycling and recovery
For accepted comemso waste electrical equipment, the published notice states that comemso bears the costs of treatment, recycling and utilisation.
