The customer needed detailed test configuration for engineering work and a controlled workflow for production operators.
The configuration
The EVCA AC system combines a resistive-load setup with the selected charging communication functions. Expert mode supports test definition; Production mode runs the defined workflow.
Integration into the line
A REST interface connects the test system with the surrounding production process. The same configured test logic can therefore support engineering preparation and repeatable execution at the end of the line.
