The engineering task
The BMS needs to respond consistently to cell conditions, temperature signals and electrical faults. The customer required a controlled setup that includes the control units and their connections.
The system
The full-power BMS test rack combines 120 cell channels, 24 temperature channels, isolation testing and a Fault Simulation Unit. The customer control units are integrated into the test arrangement.
Why this arrangement matters
Cell, sensor and fault conditions can be reproduced without repeatedly rebuilding the wiring. The cabinet brings the simulated battery and the customer’s electronics into one defined test setup.
