As you know, we are working hard to constantly improve the service we offer to our customers. The next step on this path is the introduction of the new portal as a free extension to the maintenance package, in combination with a valid non-disclosure agreement.
In future, the maintenance contract you conclude with us (optional) will ensure both that your comemso systems are up-to-date at all times with regard to firmware and software and that your employees who use the systems are optimally prepared for their tasks through our training videos.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM OUR NEW E-LEARNING PORTAL?
You can expect a variety of training videos on the functionality of our products, the range of which is constantly being expanded for you. We provide you with expert assistance and solutions to efficiently set up your system or to further deepen your knowledge. From firmware updates to possible troubleshooting – we have recreated many scenarios for you, which will help you in the daily use of our products.
Background information on the functions and descriptions of connections to the standard are also included. The previous solution of manually downloading training videos will then be obsolete; the e-learning portal will be the central hub in the future. As already mentioned, users are automatically shown the content that is relevant to them.

Access to the e-learning portal will be included in our maintenance package with immediate effect and at no additional cost. With this package, you also benefit from the latest firmware and software updates for your systems. This means that you are always up to date – in terms of technology and know-how.
